What We Do:

MindAfrica provides free learning opportunities to disadvantaged children and youth in order for them to gain relevant knowledge and skills that would enable them rise out of poverty and live productive lives.Our focus areas are:

  • Digital Learning (ICT-enabled learning to be globally competitive)
  • Hands-on skills (Harnessing potential and enhancing income generating options)
  • Leadership Development (Life skills and mentoring for youths)

Digital Learning:

The digital learning module provides free access to ICTs and computer-aided instructional resources with the objective of developing digital competencies while helping higher academic achievement for disadvantaged students.

Hands-On Skills:

MindAfrica offers hands-on vocational training to equip school-age youths with skills for wealth creation. At this stage, emphasis is placed on developing individual gifts and talents in addition to the skills and attitudes for success in any endeavor.

Leadership Development:

In order to tackle the myriad challenges youths face today, MindAfrica provides leadership coaching and mentoring based on timeless leadership principles to enable youths make informed decisions about their lives. The leadership module also includes community service learning as a way of teaching young people to give back to society by volunteering their time and talents to the betterment of their communities and society as a whole. It is also a reciprocal method of giving back since their participation in the program is sponsored by donors.
